Congratulations to Abigail Kibbler and Hayle Alford for taking steps to becoming Career Ready! Abigail (Junior) and Hayle (Senior) have both completed Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA) programs through Dysersburg State. Dresden High School is very proud of these 2 students and their accomplishments!
Abigail completed the TECTA School-Age Orientation. She completed 30 hours of training related to: Professionalism, Human Relationships, Child/Youth Development, Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Environment, Guidance, Activities and Curriculum, Diversity, and Health/Safety. She is pictured with the Dyersburg State Director of CDA, Mrs. Julia Lynch.
Hayle earned her Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). This professional certification recognizes an individual's knowledge and skills in caring for young children, typically from birth to age five. Hayle is pictured with her certificate of completion.
